Making Delicious Mayonnaise at Home
With the Le Dish Mayonnaise Jar, making mayonnaise at home couldn’t be easier. The recipe is at your fingertips, etched directly onto the jar! Simply follow these steps:
1) Pour your eggs, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt into the jar
**Pro Tip: Use room temperature eggs!
2) Blend with your immersion blender
3) Continue blending while you steadily drizzle in your oil. Your mayonnaise will thicken as you blend.
This is a basic recipe. Feel free to include your favorite additions before adding the oil. We also love adding roasted garlic or cayenne powder!
